This weekend was so hectic. We did Paint Your Heart Out and did the bridal show on sunday. But, the best thing that happened this weekend is that we got a new daughter ! We found a cute stray kitten who is so loving and affectionate, that it was hard to drop her off at the Humane society-like we planned on doing. We had been mulling around the idea of adopting another dog or a cat, but were afraid of ruining the dynamic we have with Pebbles. Our criteria for the new pet were two things: 1) it had to be a shelter pet 2) had to get along and love Pebbles. Adopting this new cat kind of fits #1 (since we would of been dropping her off at the Humane Society, but it would of broken our hearts) #2 is slowly getting there. She tolerates Pebby- so far
Here is the cutie that had us go thru so many emotions this weekend:
SOOOOO adorable! Her name is Moki Kennedy Bass. Moki because I love mochi, but Jimmy likes to pronounce it “moe-kee” when it’s supposed to be “moe-chee.” Kennedy is her middle name because we found her on Kennedy blvd. I think Moki fits her perfectly. I can’t wait to share more pictures of her!
p.s. I think she is a girl. I didn’t see the ::ahem:: signs of manhood on her, but you never know. Will be updating after the vet checks her out
